The Louisiana Road Home Program
National City Mortgage Co. is participating in
The Road Home program will help Louisiana residents get back into their homes or apartments as quickly as possible. This program is the largest single housing recovery program in U.S. history.
Through The Road Home program, if you are an eligible homeowner affected by Hurricane Rita or Katrina, you may receive up to $150,000 in compensation for your losses to get you back into your home. In addition, The Road Home program will loan funds to restore and construct thousands of rental properties through its Small Rental Assistance Program.
The Road Home program was created by Governor Blanco, the Louisiana Recovery Authority, and the Office of Community Development. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
