closing table on time. Repeatedly my attention to detail and work ethic allow me

I have an extensive mortgage financing and real estate background, beginning my
real estate career in 1989. I graduated from Drexel University in 1988 with a BS in
Accounting Finance and went on to receive a Masters in Finance in 1990. I have
been with National City Mortgage for 10 years and became Branch Manager in June
of 2000. My knowledge of the ever-changing mortgage industry has helped me to
qualify among the top 25 Mortgage Originators in National City in 2005 & 2006. For
the past 9 years I have also been a standing Platinum Circle Member. This membership
is awarded to the top originators in the country, closing almost 400 loans and almost
$60,000,000 in funding for the year. I work hard to see that every one of my loans
closes on time and that my customers get what they are promised. That is why I am
proud to say that I am one of the few loan officers that had 100% on time closings in
my career at National City.
