Step 4: Closing

What you need to know
Once we have received your application, discussed our documentation needs and agreed on a loan that fits your situation, we will start the process of getting your loan approved. Upon receipt of the documentation that we discussed during our initial contact, we will contact you with a loan response (typically within three to five days).

A favorable loan response moves us to the next step of ordering a property appraisal. Upon receipt of a satisfactory appraisal, (usually two to four days), it's time to schedule your loan closing. We can schedule the closing at your convenience and coordinate title insurance and other details with the closing agent and other parties.

What you need to do
  • Purchase homeowner's insurance. Click here for more information.
  • Attend the closing and sign all the necessary documents.
